An Event Lead Capture licence is for the people on your team who go to trade fairs and conferences. On top of their card, they get the event badge scanner and Swopi AI.
#What the licence adds
- Event badge scanner: in the app you take a photo of a visitor's badge and save them as a lead. Read more in Event badge scanner.
- Lead enrichment: Swopi AI finds the company, email and phone for a name. Read more in Lead enrichment.
- AI follow-up emails: Swopi AI drafts an email from the lead's context. Nothing is sent automatically. You check the email and send it from your own address.
#Why this is not in the team plan
The Digital Business Cards plan covers cards, the paper business card scanner and team management for everyone. It does not include the badge scanner or Swopi AI. Usually only part of a team goes to events, so only the people who really need it get a licence. The whole company does not have to change plans.
#How to get licences
You can't buy licences in the dashboard. We set them up with you in person.
- Write to us at support@swopi.co.
- Tell us how many events you go to each year, how many people collect leads there, and which CRM the contacts should go to.
- We get back to you and turn the licences on once we agree. You don't need to set anything up.
#How to know you have a licence
In the mobile app, on the Subscription page, you see the label + Event Lead Capture next to your plan. The badge scanner and Swopi AI are then unlocked for you.
