On the Team settings page, an administrator manages the rules for the whole organization. Other roles don't see this page.
#How to get to the page
- Sign in at dash.swopi.co.
- In the left menu, open Settings.
- Choose Team settings.

#Organization
You see the organization name and the number of team members. To change the organization name, write to support at support@swopi.co.
#Branding
The Hide Swopi branding on cards switch removes the Swopi logo from the whole team's cards. You set the default card colors, logo and font under Admin in Card defaults. Shared logos and images are in Team assets.
#Security
The Enforce SSO sign-in switch makes sure members can sign in only with their company account. You can turn it on only after your team has single sign-on set up. Administrators can always sign in, so the team can't get locked out if the company sign-in stops working. You find the technical SSO setup at docs.swopi.co.
#Members
#Share contacts across the team
When this switch is off, a user sees only the leads they captured. Managers and administrators always see the whole team. When you turn it on, every member can see and export the whole team's contacts. Read more in Team contacts and Lead Context.
#Automatically add members by email domain
When you turn on Automatically add members by email domain, a new user with a verified email on your domain joins the team with the User role when they sign up. Type the domain in the field under the switch and click Add.
- You can add up to 10 domains.
- The domain must belong to one of the administrators, so one of them must have an email on it.
- Public domains like gmail.com or outlook.com can't be used.
- Invitations and company directory sync always come first.
#Invitations
The Invite colleagues button takes you to the Users page. There you invite people by email or import them from CSV. See Inviting team members and Bulk import from CSV.
For what each role can do, see Roles and permissions.
