On the Team settings page, the admin manages the organization's global settings โ business card branding, sign-in security, and rules for members.
Availability: only an admin on the Teams plan can see this page.

#How do I get to the page
- Sign in to the dashboard at dash.swopi.co.
- In the left menu, open Settings.
- Choose Team settings.
#Organization
This section shows the organization name and the number of team members. To change the organization name, contact support โ write to support@swopi.co.
#Branding
The Hide Swopi branding on business cards toggle removes the Swopi logo from the whole team's digital business cards โ the cards then carry only your brand.
You'll find the default colors for new business cards in Admin โ Defaults, and shared logos or photos in Admin โ Team assets.

#Security โ enforced SSO sign-in
The Enforce SSO sign-in toggle ensures that team members sign in exclusively with their company account (the "Sign in with Microsoft" button). Any other sign-in method (Google, email + password, etc.) is rejected by the server with an explanation.
Requirement: the organization must have single sign-on configured (Microsoft Entra ID). Until SSO is active, the toggle is disabled โ you'll find the setup under Integrations, or support can help.
Exception for admins: admins can always sign in, even without SSO. This is a deliberate safeguard โ if SSO went down or was misconfigured, the admin can still get into the dashboard and turn enforcement off. That way the team can't lock itself out.

- The toggle is greyed out โ the organization doesn't have active SSO yet. Set it up in Integrations, or write to support.
- A member can't sign in โ this is expected behavior: on the sign-in page, they must enter their company email and use the "Sign in with Microsoft" button.
- You need an exception for a specific member โ make them an admin temporarily, or turn enforcement off.
#Members
#Contact sharing within the team
Default behavior: a member only sees the leads they captured themselves; managers and admins see the whole team's leads.
Once you turn on the Contact sharing within the team toggle, all members can see (and export) the whole team's contacts โ both in the Contacts section and in the CSV/Outlook export.

Once you turn on the Automatically add members by email domain toggle, a
new user who signs up with a verified email on the listed domain
(e.g. jana@firma.cz for the domain firma.cz) is automatically added to your
team as a member โ without an invite.
Domains are added as tags below the toggle. The following rules apply:
- you can add up to 10 domains, and only domains on which one of the organization's admins has an email (protection against claiming someone else's domain),
- public domains (gmail.com, seznam.cz, outlook.com, etc.) can't be used,
- auto-join applies only to new accounts without an organization โ it never moves a user who is already on a team,
- invites and directory synchronization (Entra ID / SCIM) always take precedence โ they carry a role, whereas auto-join always adds only the Member role.

The Invite colleagues button takes you to the Users page, where you can invite members by email or in bulk via CSV import and set their roles.
