(1) If an administrator turns on Share contacts across the team in Team settings, every member can see and export the whole team's contacts.

#Administrator

Has full control of the organization. Invites and deletes users, changes their roles, locks card edits and manages the subscription. Sets up the team, card defaults, team assets and the company directory connection. Edits the whole team's cards, contacts and devices.

We suggest having at least two administrators, so the team is fine if one of them is away.

#Manager

Manages the team's content, but not the organization. Edits the whole team's cards, contacts and devices, creates and assigns templates, and sees the Team overview with results for each member. Can only view card defaults and team assets. Has no access to user management, the subscription or team settings. A good fit for sales team leads.

#User

Works with their own content. Edits their own cards, sees and manages their own leads and has their own email signature. In Insights they see the team's numbers and charts, but not the Team overview section.

#How to change a role

  1. At dash.swopi.co, open Team and choose Users.
  2. Next to the member, click the menu with three dots and choose Change permissions.
  3. Pick User, Manager or Administrator.

To change several people at once, tick them and click Change permissions in the bar at the bottom. You can't change your own role. You also pick a role when you invite a new member.

If your team signs in with a company account, roles can also come from your company directory. You find the technical setup at docs.swopi.co.
