On iPhone you can keep the QR code of your card on your home screen, on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. Then you can share your card without looking for it in the app.
#Home screen widget
- Press and hold your home screen.
- Tap + in the corner.
- Search for Swopi and add the Swopi QR widget.
The small and large widgets show your QR code. The medium widget also has Scan and Share buttons. The widget shows the card you have picked in the app. You also find these steps in the app: in the share panel, tap Add QR to Home Screen.
#Lock screen widget
- Press and hold your lock screen and tap Customize.
- Tap the widget area under the clock.
- Search for Swopi and add the QR widget.
Tap the widget to open sharing for your card.
#Live Activity and Dynamic Island
When you open sharing for your card, a Live Activity with your QR code appears in the Dynamic Island and on the lock screen. It has buttons to scan and to share, so you can open them with one tap even after you leave the app. It works on iPhone with iOS 16.1 or later.
Swipe the Live Activity away to remove it. iOS also ends it on its own after a few hours. In Settings you find two switches:
- Live Activity: turns the Live Activity on or off.
- Lockscreen Widget: keeps your QR code on the lock screen, even when you do not open sharing.
#Counter in the Dynamic Island From Event Intelligence
In Event Mode, the Dynamic Island shows how many contacts you have collected at the event.
