Signal often drops in an exhibition hall. Swopi keeps capturing leads without internet: the lead appears at once, and everything that needs the server runs as soon as the phone reconnects.
#What works without internet
- Business card and badge scans. The lead is saved with the photo on your phone. The scanner shows a label like "3 scans waiting for internet". As soon as there is signal, Swopi AI reads the photo, fills in the name and company and starts the enrichment.
- LinkedIn QR and QR codes. The phone reads the code itself, so the lead appears at once.
- Manual leads. Name, company and note are saved and sent later.
- AI notes. The recording stays on your phone and is sent on its own when you are back online. The summary and transcript then appear on the lead.
#What happens when you are back online
The app tries to send the queue every 30 seconds. You do not need to do anything or keep the scanner open. The app only needs to be running. If you close it, the queue continues the next time you open it.
#AI notes up to 30 minutes
One AI note can be up to 30 minutes long. That covers a booth conversation, a product demo or a short meeting. The audio is deleted after processing. Only the transcript and the summary stay.
