Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself in the app or on the dashboard. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

#What gets deleted

Your account goes away together with all your cards, contacts and other data. If you want to keep your contacts, export them first. See Export.

#In the app

1. Tap Settings at the bottom and choose Edit Account Details.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. If you sign in with email and password, enter your password.
4. Confirm with the Delete Account button.

Note: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription you bought in the app. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first. See Cancelling your subscription.

#On the dashboard

1. Sign in at dash.swopi.co.
2. In the left menu, open Settings and switch to the Delete account tab.
3. Click Delete account.
4. To confirm, type your email and click Delete forever.

If you pay for your subscription on the dashboard, it ends automatically when you delete your account on the dashboard.

#You manage a team Teams

If you are the admin of a team that has other members, you cannot delete your account. First hand over the team to someone else, or email us.
