You cancel your subscription where you bought it. Deleting the app from your phone does not cancel it.
#Subscription from the app
The App Store or Google Play manages subscriptions you bought in the app, so you cancel them there.
- In the Swopi app, tap Settings at the bottom and choose Subscription.
- Next to Current subscription, tap Manage.
- The subscription settings in the App Store or Google Play open. Cancel your Swopi subscription there.
You keep the paid features until the end of the period you paid for. If you change your mind, the app shows a Keep my subscription button.
#Subscription from the dashboard
- Sign in at dash.swopi.co.
- In the left menu, open Settings and then Subscription.
- Click Manage subscription and cancel your subscription.
After you cancel, the subscription overview shows the date when it ends.
#Team subscription Teams
Only an admin can cancel a team subscription, on the dashboard, with the same steps. You cannot cancel a team subscription in the app.
If you are a team member, your company takes care of the subscription. Ask your team admin to help you.
#What happens when it ends
When your subscription ends, you move to the Free plan. Your account stays, and you can come back to your plan at any time. To see what Free includes, read Plans and what they include.
