Do you have leads in a spreadsheet, for example from a trade fair or another tool? Swopi AI enriches all of them right after the import.
#Import with enrichment
- On the Contacts page, click Add leads and choose Import from CSV / Excel.
- Select a CSV file, or drag it into the window. You can get a sample with Download CSV template.
- Check which lead fields the columns from your file are matched to. The full name column is required.
- If you want, fill in Event, for example Web Summit 2026. Every imported lead gets this tag, so you can filter by it later.
- Keep Import & Enrich ticked.
- Click Import.
First the import runs, then Swopi AI enriches the leads one by one. You see the progress in the import window. Keep the page open until enrichment is done.
#What AI adds to each lead
The job title, company details and lead score. AI does not overwrite fields that are filled in your file. Read more about what AI looks for in Lead enrichment and Intent scoring.
#After the import
- On the Contacts page, open Filters and pick the Tag with the event name.
- Add the Intent column and sort leads from hottest to coldest.
- A lead with missing contact details or company shows an amber badge. Open the lead, add what you know and click Re-enrich.
To enrich a lead you already have, open it and click Enrich with Swopi AI or Re-enrich.
