Swopi AI gives each enriched lead a score from 0 to 100. You see right away who to contact first.
#What the score means
- High: 70 to 100
- Medium: 40 to 69
- Low: 0 to 39
The score is an estimate, not a fact. It helps you decide the order of your work, but the final call is always yours.
#How the score is made
- The person's role and buying power, and the size and industry of the company.
- What your meeting note and the place where you met say. Interest in a demo or price, a budget, a deadline or an agreed follow-up raise the score.
- Some signals lower the score, for example a personal email instead of a work email, a student or intern, or a competitor.
The score is created during lead enrichment. When you add a meeting note, run Re-enrich in the lead detail so AI takes it into account.
#Where to find the score
- Lead detail: the Lead score block in the Swopi AI box, below the company details. Under the score you see a few short reasons for it.
- Table: add the Intent column with Columns. Click its header to sort leads from hottest to coldest.
- Filters: in the Intent group, pick High, Medium or Low.
- Insights: the Intent (Swopi AI) chart shows how many leads have each score, see Insights and analytics.
#How to use it
- On the Contacts page, add the Intent column and click its header.
- Start with High leads and check the reasons in the lead detail.
- Send them an AI follow-up while they still remember you.
