Signing in to your account

You use the same account in the app and on the dashboard. Always sign in the same way you signed up.

#In the app

1. Open the Swopi app and tap Have an account? Sign in.
2. Choose Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or on iPhone Continue with Apple.
3. If your account uses email and password, tap Continue with email, enter your email and tap Continue. Then enter your password and tap Log in.

#On the dashboard

1. Open dash.swopi.co.
2. Enter your email and click Continue. Then enter your password and click Sign in.
3. Or use one of the buttons Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft and Continue with Apple.

From the app you can also go to Settings and tap Log in on Desktop. We send you a link to the dashboard by email.

#Company account (SSO)

If your company uses single sign-on, enter your work email in the email step. Swopi finds your company sign-in and takes you there.

#Forgot your password

1. In the app, tap Forgot Password. On the dashboard, enter your email and click Forgot password?.
2. We send you an email with a link to set a new password. If it does not arrive in a few minutes, check your spam folder.

#If you cannot sign in

• If you see a message that your email is registered with a different sign-in method, you first signed in another way. Try Google, Microsoft, Apple, or email and password.
